We service the North suburban Houston area including the Spring, Klein, Cypress, Tomball, Copperfield and The Woodlands areas.
2. Hours of operation?

3. Do you trap or remove live or dead animals?
Yes we do, we have a professionally trained and licensed wildlife specialist.
4. Do I have to empty my kitchen cabinets before the tech comes?
Normally, no. The only time you would need to empty your cabinets is if you are experiencing a roach infestation within the cabinets. The most obvious sign of a severe infestation is if you see roaches scurrying away when you open the cabinet doors or when you turn on the kitchen lights at night. Our customer service staff can provide more detailed information.
5. Do I have to sign a contract?
No, however, our Guardian Service customers recieve a discounted rate for maintaning quarterly service appoitments. Different services carry different warranties and it is totally up to you if you choose to continue service when notified.
6. Are your termite warranties transferable?
Yes, just have the buyers call us with their name and telephone number to update our mailing records.
7. What is the difference between the Guardian Service Plan and “regular pest control?”
Guardian Service is a reduced impact plan, which means, instead of spraying inside your home, we use a system of gels and baits in places such as under the sink and behind electrical outlets. However, we do offer traditional liquid application if you prefer.
8. Are the chemicals safe around children and pets?
We only use EPA approved products and methods and recommend our Guardian Service plan for a “reduced impact” program.
